If you sale any product than the amount of 5% of total amount will be deducted from that total as service charges by WIP.
If buyer buy any product and the seller not accept the order within 2 days then buyer can cancel the order and the payment will send back to the buyer wallet.
If buyer not received delivery within 10 days then buyer must have to response about his delivery otherwise seller can complete the order and can get the payment.
If seller send the delivery and the buyer not response then after 10 days seller can finish the order and can get the payment.
If buyer reject the order then the payment will transfer back to the buyer wallet.
If seller reject the order then the payment will transfer back to the buyer wallet.
If seller not deliver the order then buyer can cencel the order and get back his payment.
If buyer accept order then the payment will transfer to the seller account.
If buyer reject the order then seller have to response about the rejection. If seller accept the rejection then payment transfer back to buyer wallet and if seller reject rejection then WIP team will take a decesion about the order.
If you earn money from dummy orders and get rating from dummy orders then your account will be suspended and will never be used in the future. And you can't withdraw your money.
If your product price is very low to regular price of that product then your account will be suspended and will never be used in the future. And you can not withdraw your balance.
You can withdraw your payment any time. Per withdrawal fees is 100 rupees. Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 rupees and maximum is 20,000 rupees.
